The hairdresser “chamaeleon” takes your orders based on the following general terms and conditions of trade (GTCT). At the moment of your order the current conditions of our service are compelling. You can download the document on your computer or print it. We don`t accept any arrangements that differ from this conditions, except they would be confirmed by us in written form.

§1 Contract formation

• (a)Our statements referring to products and prices in regards of your order are nonbinding. We accept your order by information about delivery respectively consignment of the products

• (b)Please verify the confirmation in regards of misspelling, miscalculations and discrepancies between order, confirmation and delivery. You are bound to inform us immediately about possible discrepancies. If you or we demand the return of the ordered products, please don`t open the article. Otherwise, you will have to compensate possible depreciations. For return shipments, please use the address named on the delivery note. We will compensate the return costs if you were not able to detect discrepancies and inform us about it before delivery

§2 Prices

• (a)If there is an update of our homepage, all of our former prices and other information regarding products will be invalid

• (b) All of the listed prices include the official value added tax of 19%
.

§3 Delivery

• (a) Within Germany, there are no delivery charges if your order comprises three or more articles. If you live outside of Germany, delivery costs could occur. We will inform you about possible delivery charges for confirmation before the order is completed. For possible shipments to foreign countries, you will have to absorb additional taxes and duties
.
• (b)Normally we will process your order within three days. The time for delivery depends on the place of destination, i.e. it might extend appropriately in case of an order outside of Germany.
• (c)We are authorized for part deliveries. If you are not interested in partial shipments, please let us know by a written notice. For this purpose, we kindly ask you to use our named e-mail address. We will bear all additional shipment costs for part deliveries

§4 Conditions of payment

• (a)The delivered products will remain in our ownership until complete payment
.
• (b)We will only accept methods of payment declared on this website. If you live in a foreign country, we will only accept payments by PayPal respectively cash before delivery. In case of return/dishonour of a debit advice, you empower your bank to inform us regarding your name and your current address without recall
.
• (c) If a delay of payment occurs despite reminder and setting a deadline, we are entitled to claim additional default charges in an amount of 5% beyond the absolute rate of the European Central Bank if a lower damage cannot be proven
.

§5 Guarantee and liability

• (a) We warrant a right to return ordered products within 14 days after delivery if the ware is in original packaging and unopened
.
• (b) Hairdresser “chamaeleon” guarantees that the sold products are free from material- and manufacturing defects at the moment of sale. We also warrant that the ware has the contractual promised attributes. We will be liable for defects that usually will not overrun the purchase price of the ordered articles
.
• (c) At arrival of goods, the customer has to check the ordered products for defects and character immediately. In case of obvious defects, please send us a written notice within 10 days. Otherwise, we cannot uphold the guarantee for those defects
• (d) The guarantee lasts 6 months from the date of delivery. In case of reclamation, you have to verify the date of purchase by a valid invoice. The defective goods have to be sent back adequate stamped including a copy of the invoice

• (e) The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear. The guarantee will be invalid if there are any detectable changes on the article done by the costumer
.
• (f) We reserve the right for partial or complete replacement of reclaimed articles. Hairdresser “chamaeleon” will cover the resulting costs of a replacement shipment. If defects will not be corrected in adequate time, the costumer has the right of replacement or reduction
.
• (g) We will be liable for defects caused by incorrect packaging/shipment. Liability only includes damages/ defects on the ordered products
.
• (h) Unstamped packages will not be accepted and returned to sender

§6 Miscellaneous

• (a) The German law is valid under exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) even if your residency is outside of Germany or the destination of shipment is in a foreign country. The laws of the city of Dresden shall govern validity, interpretation and legal effects of this contract. We are also entitled to go to law to your domestic place of general jurisdiction
.
• (b) The right of compensation respective reduction will be just valid if your counterclaims were legally recognized or approved in writing by hairdresser “chamaeleon”. Any retentions/ entitlements on your side are just valid if the claims base on the same contractual understanding.
• (c) If parts of this contract will be invalid or not executable, all other contractual provisions will be untouched by this circumstance
